1. Navigate to https://app.msfourrager.com/ #
2. Click on "Economic value of food". #
3. Select an ingredient using the "Find an ingredient" bar #
4. Choose an ingredient #
5. Click on "Next #
6. Choose from "Enter a price for this ingredient" or "Find the best prices for this ingredient". #
7. Click on "Next #
8. Enter the ingredient's "Purchase date*". #
9. Enter the purchase "Quantity*" of the ingredient. #
10. Enter "Price per unit*" of purchased ingredient #
11. Select the "Supplier" from which the ingredient is purchased. #
12. Optional, enter a "Description #
13. Click on "Submit #
14. Now you can "Share another price" or "Find the best price for this ingredient. #
